If you encounter any issues with your OHM vehicle, MY-OHM also allows dealers and end-users to open a ticket, track the status, and communicate with OHM after-sales technical service. In case the issue cannot be resolved online, OHM service's workshop will contact the customer to schedule a service near the customer's place.
